Updates in UX to drive e-commerce sales
The old website of Tiptoplaptop showed too many options- users were confused and due to choice paralysis- no purchases were made. As a start, we decided to optimise the homepage. In this process, we stood still and thought: What do the majority of people on the website want when they are on the homepage?
